This privacy policy will cover EARTHsport Carbon Solutions and all associated EARTHsport entities and subsidiaries (collectively “EARTHsport”) in all jurisdictions. EARTHsport ensures the privacy of our customers’ and participants’ personal information. In all transactions and communications we safe guard the confidentiality, disclosure, security, access and accuracy of your personal information. Through this process any personal information attained by EARTHsport is limited to information including your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, financial information, birth date and any recorded communications and/or complaints. EARTHsport is responsible for all personal
and commercial information under its direct control including all personal

EARTHsport collects

To establish agreements with customers for the supply of carbon offset
related products and services, as well as sport sustainability related
products and services.
EARTHsport will provide;
- Carbon offset and carbon offset services to our customers, as well as Sports sustainability products and services.
In conduct of this process EARTHsport will;
- Develop, improve, market and/or provide new products and services to our customers.
- Enhance, manage and develop EARTHsports business and operations.
- Process billing and collection of payments and fees for EARTHsport products and services.
- Satisfy EARTHsport’s legal, contractual and regulatory requirements.
Personal and commercial information will not be collected for any
other purposes other than identify herein, without prior consent.
Consent
EARTHsport will attain customer consent prior to any collection,
use, or disclosure of the customer information. Consent may be expressed
or implied and provided by accepting contract terms and conditions associated
with products and services. With regard to information EARTHsport
will maintain reasonable efforts to ensure customers are informed as
to the use and disclosure of information by EARTHsport.
Limiting Information Collection
The scope of personal and commercial
information collected and retained by EARTHsport will be limited to only
that information deemed necessary for the operational purposes identifiable
by EARTHsport. EARTHsport will ensure that customers are not misinformed
regarding the purposed for which information is collected.
Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention of Information
Information collected
and retained by EARTHsport will not be used or disclosed for purposes
other than EARTHsport operations, as identified above, unless with
the expressed consent of the customer or as required by law. All information
will be retained by EARTHsport only so long as necessary to fulfill
the purposes for which the information was collected. EARTHsport may
disclose a customer’s information, within the following limitations
only;
- EARTHsport’s suppliers if disclosure is directly related to the provision of carbon offset products or services.
- A person identified as acting as an agent of the Customer.
- A company, if directly involved in supplying the Customer with carbon offset products and/or services.
- A third party or parties where the Customer has given EARTHsport consent to disclosure, or if disclosure is required by law.
Accuracy of Information
EARTHsport will take reasonable action to ensure
that all information provided is accurate, complete and current as is
necessary for the purpose of operation.
Safeguarding Information
EARTHsport will implement and monitor appropriate
safeguards for security, relative to the level of sensitivity of information
collected.
Transparency of Policy and Procedures
EARTHsport will make available
to customers on an as required basses any specific information about
policies and procedures relating to the collection, use, transmittal,
retention and disclosure of information.
Access to Information
Upon receipt of a request for access to a customer’s
information – either directly by the customer or an authorised representative
of the customer – EARTHsport will provide access to that information
unless prohibited by law.
Compliance Issues and Suggestions
Customers may direct issues and inquiries
regarding EARTHsports Privacy Policies to EARTHsport management. EARHsport
will review all communications and as necessary implement measures to
resolve issues.
